Yes, it does! If used regularly and as per the User Manual you will begin to see a reduction in fine lines, wrinkles and acne within a few weeks.

How does it work?

You can read all about it in our tab titled ‘LED Light Therapy’. It explains the process in depth and also has some diagrams to help demonstrate the process.

After I start to see results do I continue to use the Personal LED?

Yes! If you continue to use it, you will continue to see results. It’s important to be consistent with your treatments so you can get the most out of your Personal LED.

Does it work for everyone?

Yes, it does. It just depends on the frequency of use. If you are more diligent in your approach you will notice results quicker, as compared with someone who is less frequent in their approach.

Does it work for skin conditions other than acne and wrinkles?

Yes, red light therapy improves not only acne and fine lines, it's proven to help with psoriasis, cold sores, and vitiligo. Red light has been proven to have positive effects on a wide range of skin conditions, both in terms of reducing pain and inflammation and itchiness, and improving appearance.

How often do I need to use it?

We suggest using it 5-7 days a week, 5 minutes per area. The most accurate way to measure your progress is by taking before and after photos of your area of concern. When you look back on your photos you will be able to see the improvements in your skin since using the device.

Can I use my existing skincare products?

Yes, you can definitely continue your current skincare regime. Your Personal LED is there to enhance it! If you are using products that can cause irritation or dryness such as benzoyl peroxide, Retin-A or products containing Vitamin A, you should only apply these after using your Personal LED.
